By placing an order for any items on www.mammalarocca.co.uk for here on referred to as “our website” you are agreeing to the terms and conditions published on this page.  The purpose of this terms and conditions page is to help you understand clearly what the policies of or website are and what measures are taken to protect your privacy when you create an account with us.  Should any of the terms and conditions change in the future, we will publish all changes on this site therefore we invite you to visit this page on a regular basis to ensure you are always aware of any changes made.

Mamma La Rocca is a United Kingdom registered business and is registered under the trading name Mamma La Rocca Limited.  Our company trading registration number is 07180619 and the company’s registration and mailing address is 5 Smithwood Close Wimbledon SW196JL London.  NOTE however, this is not the correct address for returning items to us.  Please read the details in the Exchange and Returns information provided for the correct returns address to ensure the processing of your return or exchange is not extensively delayed.  Mamma La Rocca Limited is a retailer specialized in nursing and maternity lingerie and children clothing and accessories. 

INFORMATION AND PRIVACY POLICY

At Mamma La Rocca Limited we are committed to protecting your privacy.  To make a purchase on our website a registration is required and some key personal details such as your name, email address and delivery address are required.  We ensure that all the data provided is held and used in compliance with the relevant data protection rules and your details will not be shared with any third parties.  Creating an account at Mamma La Rocca make your future purchase process much quicker saving you time at checkout and ensuring quick delivery.   Mamma La Rocca does not intend to store or currently store financial details such as credit or debit card numbers.

ACCOUNT MAINTANACE AND SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

Once your account has been created as stated above, your personal information will not be shared.  If you use our website however, you are responsible for ensuring the security of your account log in details and password and accepting the responsibility for all actions taken under your user account.  As a best practice we recommend to always close your internet browser when you have completed your shopping and restrict access to your personal computer.  We recommend you regularly check your account details are correct, as an incorrect shipping address or credit card billing postcard or the likes, could result in us not being able to process your order.  Note that for your maximum security, payment takes place using PayPal and Mamma La Rocca Limited does not hold or store any credit card details online.

EASY OPT-OUT

Should you no longer wish to have an account at Mamma La Rocca simply use the link in the last email newsletter we have sent to you to EMAIL OPT OUT.  Or send us notification of account termination to info@mammalarocca.co.uk and we will confirm back to you once the account has been closed.

AREA OF DISTRIBUTION

Mamma La Rocca offers distribution throughout the UK and European territories.   We are currently not able to distribute outside of Europe under the terms and conditions specified here.  Should you wish to receive items from our website to a location outside of the European Community, please contact us and we will do our best to help out however, under different terms and conditions which we will have to clarify upon contact.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

For all details regarding delivery policies, missing orders, delivery methods and our returns and exchanges policies please read the details information provided on our DELIVERIES tab of the Mamma La Rocca website.  Please note that Standard Royal Mail is offered as a shipping option free of charge or we offer a Royal Mail sign on delivery option at a cost of GBP 1.50.  Mamma La Rocca is unable to accept responsibility for parcels or deliveries that have not been signed for.  If you choose a delivery method which does not require a signature, you are agreeing to these terms.  For your protection we recommend choosing a recorded delivery service for all purchases over GBP 40.00.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Some products such as our Amber teething necklaces come with a warning guide to help you be advised of any potential hazards if used incorrectly.  We strongly suggest our recommendations be followed.  Mamma La Rocca is unable to accept responsibility in the unlikely event of personal accidents or injury related to any items sold on this website.
