• Delivery to the UK and Europe is FREE via Royal Mail and we offer you the chance to upgrade your delivery options if you prefer signed delivery or need your purchase in a hurry
• All items in our store can be returned to us in their original condition within 45 days of purchase. No questions asked

You need to change the size of your nursing bra? – No problem! At Mamma La Rocca we know how important it is to get the perfect fit.

• If you see a product in our store that is not available in the size or style you require, please contact us at info@mammalarocca.co.uk and we will endeavour to order the product for you at no extra charge

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you will be as thrilled as we are with the items you have purchased in our store. However, if for any reason you chose to return an item to us, any item from your purchase can be returned to us in its original condition within 45 days from the date your purchase was made.

• If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we can offer a 100% refund for items returned in their original condition
• We strongly recommend you email us on info@mammalarocca.co.uk if you wish to return or exchange any items. This way we can keep you updated as to the status of your return and hold aside any replacement items in the sizes you require

Please note that all items should be returned in their original packaging, with original tags attached, unwashed and unused. For swimwear and lingerie items such as G-Strings and briefs, we ask that in the interests of hygiene, all items be tried on over your own underwear. If there is evidence that this has not been done we will be unable to process your exchange or refund request.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE –

All customers will need to pay for return postage. Should you need to return an item to us please complete the returns form located with your order, package your return items safely in a bubble bag or similar and ensure you get proof of postage from the carrier. Without proof of postage we will not be able to process your refund or exchange if the returned parcel is lost on its way back to us. Please retain the proof of postage until the refund or exchange process has been completed. All goods for exchange and refunds should reach us within 45 days from the date of purchase. In cases of unforeseeable disruptions such as UK postal strikes or closure of air traffic space which could delay the return of your goods, allowances will be made to the return time.

FAULTY GOODS

Should any item reach you in a less than perfect condition please email us on info@mammalarocca.co.uk before returning the product, so we can determine the best solution.

EXCHANGES

At Mamma La Rocca we want you to be delighted with your purchase and understand the importance of getting your order right. This is especially important with the sizing of maternity items therefore we offer the possibility to exchange any goods purchased in our store. If a product is returned to us and is exchanged for an item with a lower value than the item returned, we will make a partial refund of the difference as a credit to the card used to make the original purchase. Where the exchange requires additional funds because the exchanged item is of a higher value than the returned item, we will charge the difference to the card used to make the original purchase.

For gift items we are happy to help out with an exchange or refund. If however the replacement item is of a higher value than the returned item, we will need to have permission from the card holder who made the original purchase in order to process the exchange. It is possible to contact us and use your own credit card to pay any difference in exchange value. Should you wish to do this, please email us at info@mammalarocca.co.uk

Should you request a refund for a gift; the refunded amount will be credited to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED

• Gift cards are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash
• Pot of Gold Baby Balm and Skin Balm can't be accepted for return once opened
• Gift box charges won't be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you've asked for won't be gift boxed, so if you received a gift box with the original order, you might want to hang on to this
• As we provide a free shipping service we are unable to refund any additional postage charges should you choose to upgrade your shipping to a recorded or next day delivery service

• CLEARANCE items - from time to time we may run exceptional offers which will be available under the CLEARANCE section of our store. As these CLEARANCE offers are run to make room for new collections in arrival it may be the case that items are sold at cost or below cost price and therefore we are unable to accept returns or refunds for these items once sold. Any item that can not be returned will be marked clearly with wording stating "NO REFUND OR RETURNS" in the product name so that it is clear to you that special conditions apply. Standard Royal Mail Postage to Europe for all CLEARANCE items will remain free of charge.

Please note that Standard Royal Mail is offered as a shipping option free of charge or we offer a Royal Mail sign on delivery option at a cost of GBP 1.50. Mamma La Rocca is unable to accept responsibility for parcels or deliveries that have not been signed for. If you choose a delivery method which does not require a signature, you are agreeing to these terms. For your protection we recommend choosing a recorded delivery service for all purchases over GBP 40.00.
