UNSURE WHICH IS THE BEST SIZE BRA FOR YOU?
A BRA SIZE IS MADE UP OF TWO MEASUREMENTS - BAND AND CUP.
Follow this simple guide to determine which size is best fit for you.
To measure your size you will need a tape measure in either cm or inches.
BAND MEASUREMENT
• Stand straight with your back to a mirror and your arms by your side as this gives the best natural shape to your bust line.

• Make sure you keep the measuring tape parallel with the ground, measure around the diaphragm directly under the bust.
• When you take this measurement the tape should be firm but not so tight it pinches or feels uncomfortable.
• Make sure the tape is straight across your back and level with the front (use the mirror to view the back).
• Exhale and then take a firm measurement and refer to cm or inches table for your correct band size.
CUP MEASUREMENT
• To measure your cup size stand straight with your back to a mirror and arms by your side.
• Ensure you keep the measuring tape parallel with the ground and measure across the fullest part of your bust - this is usually around the nipple area.
• The tape should be sitting loosely across your bust and not cutting in.
• Make sure the tape is straight across your back and level with the front (use the mirror to view the back).
• Take a loose measurement, rounding up to the nearest cm or inch and refer to cm or inches table for Cup Size.
If you have 2 different sized breasts, the largest
breast determines the cup size.
